Artist's Muse

Written by one of our poetry writers, Revika Sangamita, and edited by Greg Tomaini, our editor-in-chief!

The ticking clock galvanized

the prevailing panther

On the strand of the broken sweetness

To jump the farthest on paper silhouette

To leave the transient paws

on it's beating heart

Before the dusk drenched

their mirrored minds

We spot the dark pigments of our panther

Oh with the coming night of trickling stars

moves the agale artist

Through the breeze of sins

and vacant wars

It was an artist's muse

that made the story

but it was the story of the painting

That was worth telling.
