Sun in Leo: The proud, theatrical, and outgoing Leo shines in the Sun until August 22nd. We tend to be more generous, and grander with our plans. We focus more on the self instead of others.
Mercury in Leo, then Virgo: Mercury is in Leo from July 27-August 11. As a contrast from Mercury in Cancer, we become more expressive, theatrical, and even lively. We like to have confidence, and may not be good listening. However, our thoughts and ideas become bigger and better.
Mercury is in Virgo from August 11-August 30. Mercury is at home in this sign, and feels comfortable, which means that communication, intake of information/learning, and technology is improved and comfortable to us! Precise thinking before careful doing (and saying) is important to us. Details as well.
Venus in Virgo: I'm sure astrologers have heard that Venus in Virgo is not a fun placement. However, I think that in terms of love languages, Virgo brings out quality time and acts of service. You want sense and purpose, and for not only your partner, but yourself to be satisfied. However, don't be too picky or critical of your partners.
Mars in Virgo: Mars is in Virgo from July 29-September 14. This placement is not that comfortable in Mars, but it brings the mental work drive and preciseness that Mars encourages. The devil's in the details with Virgo.
Important Aspects:
For those who don't know: aspects are angles that determine how each planet's energies react with another planet's. They can affect an overall chart's meaning by giving more insight into how that planet behaves under it's current zodiac sign.
-Venus opposition Neptune: This placement can cause some turmoil in relationships and finances. Neptune brings the delusions from people trying to take advantage of you, whether it's using romance or some other ploy against you. Be wary of offers. However, the arts, music, and spiritual activities by yourself or with your partner can help relieve the tensions.
