A Poem by Sam Casey
Written by Sam Casey as a guest submission!
By the Gods, I'll love you until eternity,
I'll scale a mountain and capture the golden fleece
If that will give me a moment with you at peace.
I'll never let something stand between you and me I'll fight every dragon and kill every swine Who dares bar your body from my loving arms
I'll always keep you safe, protect you from harm
For nothing will keep me from claiming what's mine
I'll need no rope to tie me to the mast
For siren songs will not distract my love for you
And when death beseeches to tear you away
I'll raise the sword of Hercules and cast Him down, I'll suffer the wrath of Gods, undo
The will of Fate, before I let my love for you sway
