Some Severance
Written by one of our poetry writers, Revika Sangamita, and edited by Kayla-Jane, one of our editors!
Severe sleep never comes
But severity of everythingÂ
is always marchingÂ
underneath our snake skins
Sending bullets to placesÂ
That doesn't know any red or blood
The band of empty is wealthy enoughÂ
So they beat all kinds of drumsÂ
But how loud wouldÂ
it make the sound this time,
When being deaf isÂ
the new trend of our world?
